At Pam’s Creations Barber, we take pride in delivering high-quality services and products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and looked after.
1. Services (Haircuts, Beard Trims & Barbering)
Due to the nature of barbering services, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed.
However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the shop or contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will happily work with you to make reasonable adjustments where possible.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on services or completed work.
3. Products (Retail Items)
For grooming products purchased in-store:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges or refunds may be provided if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible, you must provide proof of purchase.
4. Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to your service or product use.
Pam’s Creations Barber is not responsible for reactions where this information was not disclosed beforehand.
5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

They must be used before the expiry date stated.
6. Deposits (if applicable)
If a deposit is required for bookings:

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show.

Deposits may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy removes or replaces your rights under the law.
