By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Terms & Conditions - the basics 

1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made online, in person, or via phone/social media.

We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive your full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.


2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount or may require prepayment for future bookings.
     

3. Payments

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash and selected electronic payment methods. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Services

All services are provided with care, skill, and professionalism.
If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us before leaving the premises so we can make it right where possible.

5. Health & Safety

For the safety of all clients and staff:

  • Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if there are concerns regarding health, safety, or inappropriate behaviour.
     

6. Children
Children are welcome; however, they must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety within the barbershop.

7. Gift Vouchers 
Gift vouchers:

  • Are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Must be used before the expiry date stated.
     

8. Products

We stock professional grooming products for purchase.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Exchanges may be considered for faulty products in line with Australian Consumer Law.
     

9. Liability

While all care is taken, Pam’s Creations Barber is not liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions where prior conditions were not disclosed

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
     

10. Behaviour

We aim to provide a welcoming and respectful environment.
Any abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is collected only for booking and communication purposes and will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

12. Changes to Terms

Pam’s Creations Barber reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
